Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions

Articles of Incoporation Filed December, 1999

Bylaws describe the governance requirements of the declarations and the Articles of Incorporation.

A covenant is defined as a written agreement or promise usually under seal between two or more parties especially for the performance of some action. Neighborhood covenants are the rules of the neighborhood. They serve to protect, preserve, and enhance our property values.

It is the obligation of the HOA to ensure that each homeowner in our community is adhering to the Declarations of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CCR) set forth in these documents. Our community is striving to continue to be a beautiful place to reside and live harmoniously with our neighbors. We are all bound to conform to the Covenants that govern our area.

Every homeowner should be familiar with the covenant that covers their property. Maps are on the last page of each covenant showing the properties concerned in that particular document.

Understand we have 20 covenants for this neighborhood.

What applies to one house may not apply to another.
